REGISTRATION
The Forum is being held as a satellite meeting of the
American Telemedicine Association (ATA) annual meeting. You may register and attend either or both meetings.
The Forum Only $ 250 Per Person
Fee includes: Saturday evening – Welcome Reception; Sunday – all Plenary Sessions, continental breakfast and lunch; Monday and Tuesday – Mobile Health Program Best Practice displays, Roundtable discussions, and Mobile Clinic exhibits; and, entrance to the ATA Exposition Hall from Sunday evening (including reception) through Tuesday.
Registration fees can be paid by cash, check, government purchase order, or credit card.
